Good find. I hadn't heard about it. I like the cookbook, too.
If you follow the ISBN book number link, it will tell you what libraries have the book (probably your nearest Enormous State University library). Then all you need is someone who can translate it for you. =0)

Yea, the cookbook idea sounds interesting. I'd like to buy it on the off chance it ever gets published in English. I might use WorldCat to search for which library system has it, but I'm not sure it would be worth it. I haven't studied Japanese in a loooong time and I'm afraid I've forgotten pretty much all of the few characters I learned
